Return conditions for individuals:
· All orders have a period of 15 days from receipt of the merchandise to
make a return.
· They must send the product in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging

· Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive
the product and verify its condition, we will refund the corresponding amount.
· Incidents must be reported by telephone for verification, at most
24 hours after receipt of shipment.
· Returns with postage due or prepaid will not be accepted without prior notice. You must inform
